Location: London 

A leading Contractor, part of a large group construction business delivering large projects across the country. 

They are looking for a Safety, Health, and Environment Advisor, to join our team, focussing on high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors throughout London and surrounding areas.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our SHE Advisor’s are a valuable part of our business, and their role will encompass professional SHE support, advice and coaching at regional business level, engaging with Project Teams, Ops Directors and supply chain peers to ensure the business SHE policy and operating framework is promoted and effectively deployed. The role provides a certain level of autonomy and so the successful candidate must be comfortable managing their own workload with excellent time management and computer skills.

As our SHE Advisor you will:

  • Provide advice and guidance on all SHE policies and procedures, delivering training to project teams as required
  • Work with the Leadership teams to ensure the business SHE policy and operating framework is promoted and effectively deployed
  • Manage own workload effectively, engaging with project teams on the support levels they require.
  • Develop strong working relationships with our clients SHE team and our supply chain.
  • Collaborate with the wider SHE W & Q teams 
  • Investigate accidents and identify opportunities for improvement with the project teams.
