Corporate Partnerships Manager

Are you a commercially driven corporate partnerships professional with experience engaging blue-chip organisations?
Do you have at least three years’ experience in a similar role within a membership organisation, or the wider cultural, heritage or not-for-profit sector?

If so, this could be an exciting next step in your career.

We’re working with a leading professional membership organisation to appoint a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join their dynamic and growing commercial team. This is a pivotal role at an important moment for the organisation, as it seeks to develop creative, long-term revenue partnerships with major companies across the UK and internationally.

Key details:

• Location: Hybrid – home-based with travel to central London (approx. once a week)
• Salary: £55,000 + bonus + benefits

About the role:
This role will take the lead on driving new commercial market income streams and forging strategic partnerships with sector-leading businesses. You’ll focus on building sustainable relationships with high-profile organisations—including those in tech, law, finance, property, and the built environment—and developing partnership models that align with the organisation’s wider goals and brand reputation.
You'll work collaboratively across internal teams to bring partnership opportunities to life through events, campaigns, licencing, and co-branded initiatives.

As Corporate Partnerships Market Development Manager, you will:
• Identify, secure, and grow long-term strategic partnerships with high-value corporate partners.
• Develop innovative proposals and value-driven partnership models tailored to brand-aligned organisations.
• Act as lead relationship manager for key partners, ensuring their objectives are met and exceeded.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify new income opportunities.
• Deliver creative commercial initiatives, including sponsorship, licencing, and co-branded projects.
• Oversee the successful execution of corporate partnerships across events, awards, exhibitions, and special projects.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, networking opportunities, and key partner engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, events, legal, finance and content teams to ensure seamless delivery.

What we’re looking for:
• A minimum of three years’ experience in corporate partnerships role within a relevant sector (e.g. cultural organisations, non-for-profit organisations, membership bodies).
• Proven track record of securing, managing, and growing partnerships with large, complex organisations.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills, with confidence closing high-value, multi-year deals.
• Experience developing innovative commercial models and compelling partnership proposals.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to engage stakeholders at senior level.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on delivery capability.
• Knowledge of the built environment, architecture, or professional services sectors is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK (and possibly internationally) to support partner engagement.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a new commercial direction in a respected institution with international reach. If you’re excited by the idea of building meaningful partnerships that support both commercial growth and professional impact, we’d love to hear from you.
