Key Responsibilities

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the highest level of care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to patient inquiries via phone in a friendly and informative manner.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their journey.
  • Booking surgical appointments and consultations efficiently.
  • Managing invoicing processes for deposits and balances.
  • Ensuring patient needs are met during their visits.
  • Coordinating essential items such as glasses for patients.
  • Accurately updating patient records in the database.
  • Contributing to a supportive and collaborative clinic environment.
  • Performing administrative tasks at the end of each day.
  • Meeting monthly targets and KPIs to support clinic success.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles.
  • At least 2 years' sales experience, ideally in consumer services, with a track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks using computers.
  • Familiarity with simple database applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and the Internet.
  • Some post-secondary education (advantageous but not essential).
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities to enhance the patient experience.
