A Life in a Day is looking for a switched-on, proactive Junior Operational Excellence Lead — someone who’s energised by variety, loves building relationships, and is excited to play a key role in delivering immersive, empathy-building experiences for global healthcare clients.
This is a 9-month maternity cover… but with our rapid growth, there’s real potential for this role to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Operational Excellence Lead:
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders via regular video calls
- Coordinate every detail of live events — ensuring flawless end-to-end delivery
- Assist with planning and logistics: think booking actors, contractors, facilitators
- Gather feedback and prepare insightful reports for clients and the sales team
- Maintain clear, organised client files for seamless team collaboration
- Support Client Success Managers in nurturing long-term client relationships

What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in account management, event management, or other client-facing roles
- Confidence dealing with diverse stakeholders — clients, suppliers, senior teams
- Impeccable attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A proactive, analytical, problem-solving mindset
- Experience managing external suppliers or partners
- Advanced MS Office skills
- A tertiary/higher education qualification
