About the role
We are looking for a Reward Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis and help shape the way we reward and support our colleagues across Europe and the USA. This is a Compensation and Benefits role with a strong emphasis on benefits management, alongside wider reward activities including benchmarking, pay review and policy creation.
It is an opportunity to bring both expertise and creativity to the table, ensuring our reward practices not only meet compliance requirements but also genuinely reflect our culture, EVP, and commitment to our people. You'll work with HR teams across multiple countries, influence stakeholders at all levels, and manage key relationships with providers and brokers.
What we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:
* Significant Benefits management experience - managing renewals, broker/provider relationships, and identifying improvements
* International exposure - working with EU and US
* Advanced Excel skills - confident using data to provide insights, shape solutions and modelling, (as part of the selection process candidates will be required to complete an Excel Test before they are invited to interview)
* Experience in Job Evaluation, GPGR and Benchmarking
* Experience creating benefit documentation and reward policies
* Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency legislation
What you'll be doing
* Managing benefit renewals and provider relationships, ensuring alignment to our EVP
* Contributing to compensation cycles including pay awards, benchmarking, and job evaluation
* Monitoring legislative changes and supporting compliance across regions
* Partnering with HR teams internationally to ensure a consistent and engaging employee experience
