We are seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team at our vibrant British brasserie in West London.
Our restaurant is known for its seasonal menus, warm hospitality, and lively atmosphere blending modern British cooking with a classic brasserie feel. Were looking for an experienced hospitality professional who can support the General Manager in leading the team, driving service standards, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
The Role
- Support the General Manager in the daily running of the restaurant.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a front-of-house team with a focus on service excellence.
- Manage floor operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee training, recruitment, and development of team members.
- Assist with financial management, including stock control, labour costs, and budgets.
- Uphold compliance with health & safety and licensing requirements.
About You
- Previous experience as an AGM, Restaurant Manager, or senior FOH leader in a quality, high-volume restaurant.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, with a guest-first mindset.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and build a cohesive team.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
