Known for its authentic Italian cuisine, exceptional seasonal produce, and seafood-led menu, this high-profile establishment is searching for a charismatic and professional Assistant General Manager to support the senior leadership team and oversee day-to-day operations.

With 100 covers and a beautiful 16-seat private dining room, the restaurant combines warm Italian hospitality with the very highest standards of fine dining service, making it one of Mayfairs most prestigious dining destinations.

The Role:
As Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in driving both the operational and financial success of the restaurant. You will be responsible for:

Overseeing the daily running of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service.
Supporting and leading the FOH team, inspiring excellence and professionalism.
Working closely with the General Manager on strategy and business development.
Managing key financial responsibilities, including P&L analysis, forecasting, and cost control.
Building and maintaining excellent guest relationships, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a senior management role within a fine dining restaurant.
Strong understanding of restaurant finances, including managing P&Ls, budgets, and cost control.
A charismatic and professional leader with the ability to motivate and inspire.
Highly customer-focused with impeccable standards of service.
Availability to start within one month is highly desirable.
