The Craft Beer Cowas the first pub company in London devoted to craft beers, founded in 2009 by two school friends from London. They created the concept at their first pub in Pimlico; the much loved and multi-award-winningCASK Pub and Kitchen. We are looking for a new Assistant Manager here, you will be working directly with one of the founders of the business.

The business is still owned100%by two childhood friends.

We obviously take seriously the curation of our beer range and every reputable guide is very clear that when it comes to the best beer in London, its found on our bars and that is a fine thing which we are very proud about, but above anything, we pride ourselves on delivering real hospitality and great service.

We are looking for a real 'people person to join us, someone with a warm bubbly personality who is looking to forge a career in hospitality and progress to run a pub for us one day.

You should be passionate about working with people and ensuring guests leave our pubs with happy memories and big smiles on their faces.

Of course, there are other tasks in the role, but front and centre, its about deliveringabove and beyondfor our patrons and working with the General Manager to deliver a top notch experience.

We are the much talked aboutIndependentbusiness, but with us, it's the actual reality, no corporate investors, we are owned 100% by two Londoners.

You will learn from the best and have limitless opportunities to grow and progress across our small growing pub group.

As the assistant manager, you will be working with the General Manager and one of the business founders to grow the business.
