Assistant General Manager: Independent Premium Pub, Euston / Kings Cross

Pay:From £38kper annum OTE (Basic + tronc + Qtrly bonus)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead our team; serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, pints and cocktails. We need someone who can be a part of an amazing team at our Central London Gastropub, inspire people and be part of delivering the exceptional service our guests are used to.

What we are looking for:

  • At least three years management experience (ideally in pubs).
  • Someone who can work as part of a team, train, coach & lead the team.
  • A role model
  • Has a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • An individual who wants to learn and develop their hospitality skills in a venue consisting of meeting rooms, the pub, Cosy Cocktail Bar, and serving fresh and local food.
