Are you from the tourism or leisure industry in London looking to make the step into an Assistant General Manager role with one of the most thrilling sightseeing attractions in the capital?
Do you have an excellent track record in delivering outstanding customer experience coupled with commercial acumen?
This is a unique London tourist experience, and they are seeking a talented Assistant General Manager to work closely with the General Manager to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the business.
You will be responsible for overseeing staff, contractors, managing customer service and ensuring compliance with safety regulations whilst driving operational excellence.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for tourism and hospitality, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments with confidence
The role:
- Liaise with Head of Operations to oversee all aspects of daily operations, including tour scheduling, staff and contractor coordination, and ensure that all passengers have a seamless experience day to day
- Troubleshoot operational challenges in real-time, implementing immediate solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Work closely with senior managers to develop, implement and maintain company standards for experience execution and customer interactions
The person:
- Has experience of working in the tourism industry, or has a leisure background within a customer interfacing role
- Knowledge of 'attraction and experience' industry, interest in London and entertainments industry
- Can think commercially, appreciate broader goals and have a record of driving individual projects to completion
