Were on the hunt for an exceptional Deputy General Manager to join the leadership team at The Boundary, a thriving independent venue in the heart of Kings Road. Part of the Arden Pub Group, The Boundary is all about great food, standout drinks, and warm, memorable service and were looking for someone who shares our passion.

As Deputy General Manager, youll work closely with the General Manager to drive the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring our team are supported, our standards stay sky-high, and our guests keep coming back. This is a hands-on, people-focused role perfect for someone who thrives on the floor and leads by example.

What youll do:

Support the GM in all aspects of running the venue, from service to staffing to financials
Lead, train and inspire the front-of-house team
Ensure exceptional guest experiences every day
Take ownership of stock management, compliance, rotas, and cost controls
Help deliver creative events, promotions, and local marketing
Act as GM when required

What were looking for:

Previous management experience in a high-volume pub, bar, or restaurant
A natural leader whos calm under pressure and confident making decisions
A people person with a hands-on attitude and strong organisational skills
Passion for great food, drink, and customer service
Strong understanding of P&L, labour control, and day-to-day operational systems
Personal licence holder (preferred)
