General Manager - Walthamstow, East London - 50k plus tronc & bonus

My client is a bar in Walthamstow, East London and they are currently looking for a General Manager.

This is a high volume wet led operation so if youre looking to work in a fun, fast paced environment this is the role for you.

The ideal General Manager will have the following skills/experience:

Worked at a management level within the London bar scene
Able to lead and inspire a large team, with a hands on approach
High volume experience and used to dealing with bar operations with a large capacity
Naturally energetic, engaging and keen to give customers an efficient and first class service
Strong product knowledge of beers, wine and spirits

This bar operates 7 days a week and until 1am on a Friday/Saturday night so someone in the local area would be needed.
