I am recruiting for a stunning B&I contract in Central London with an annual turnover in the region of £2m which incorporates a good mix of hospitality and retail catering.
As General Manager you will lead and inspire a team of 25 to deliver the very best standard, taking a hands-on approach and working with the team to drive the business forward.
The ideal General Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge;
Experience in both events/ hospitality and counter service restaurants
A Contract Catering background
Natural energy and a genuine desire to be the very best
A passion for delivering 5* service standards, with the quality of food to match
