Are you a passionate hospitality leader with a proven track record in luxury, private members environments? We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to oversee all operations of a prestigious private members club in the heart of London.

About the Club

This is one of Londons most exclusive members clubs, known for its elegant setting, great service, and a discerning community of members. The club offers fine dining, cultural events, unique facilities, and bespoke member experiences.

The Role

As General Manager, you will be the face of the club, responsible for ensuring a seamless, five-star experience for members and guests. Youll lead and inspire a diverse team, uphold operational excellence, and maintain the highest standards of discretion and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments: F&B, front-of-house, events, and facilities

  • Deliver a world-class member experience while driving engagement and retention

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team

  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and strategic growth

  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and club policies

  • Liaise with the board and ownership on club vision and performance

About You
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a luxury hospitality or private members' club environment

  • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong understanding of member service, operations, and team development

  • Financial acumen with experience managing P&L

  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly organised
