As General Manager, youll be the driving force behind the hotels continued success. Youll:
- Provide inspirational leadership across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events, and Guest Services across a 300 bedroom hotel.
- Deliver strong commercial performance while maintaining a premium guest experience
- Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on strategy, growth, and innovation
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams with a culture of excellence
- A respected London property with a long history of welcoming guests from around the world.

YOUR DNA
- 5+ years proven experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader in a 4-star luxury or lifestyle property.
- A strong commercial track record confident driving revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Passion for creating standout guest experiences with sharp attention to detail
- A natural leader who can inspire, support, and empower teams
- Financially astute and comfortable working closely with ownership on strategy
