Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced QSR environment
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic service-driven atmosphere and maintain a positive, engaging attitude
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for making quick, informed decisions
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency
- Passion for leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding results
- Previous experience in a similar QSR General Manager role, although not strictly required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, team members, and stakeholders
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
