The General Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and profitability of our venue in Westfield Stratford. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality or leisure professional with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environments.
The Role:
As a General Manager you will be at the heart of everything - ensuring high standards, managing day-to-day operation, inspiring and empower your team to consistently exceed guests expectations.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee operation of the venue, including staff management, customer service H&S and financial aspects
- Monitor KPIs, budget and P&L performance to identify areas for improvement,
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and safety requirements,
- Lead, inspire and develop highperforming team,
- Deliver excellent customer service,
- Foster a culture of innovation and improvement
What you need to succeed:
- Proven track record in a senior operational role within leisure or hospitality sector,
- Strong leadership and people management skills,
- Solid financial and commercial acumen,
- Flexible, handson approach with solution-focused mind,
