Designed in collaboration with leading London and Sri Lankan creatives, the interiors reflect the raw, sun-faded energy of Colombos bustling roadside eateries. The food is fast, fiery, and unforgettable; think kothu, crispy mutton rolls, chilli prawn toast, and jaggery soft serve served in a walk-in-only setting that pulses with soul, sound, and spice.
We are looking for a General Manager with personality, operational precision, and a deep passion for hospitality. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who can balance service excellence with team culture, margin awareness, and guest experience.
