This growing artisan bakery group is seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager to lead Front of House operations within their busy retail Bakery outlet. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering seamless service, team leadership, and operational excellence.

About the Role:

  • Bakery & Retail Management
  • Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring a clean, organised and efficient environment
  • Foster strong communication between bakers, FOH staff, and the wider management team
  • Actively support and motivate staff on the floor, working closely with the Assistant Manager and Barista team.
  • Manage weekly packaging inventory and coordinate distribution across all locations
  • Rota & Staff Coordination
  • HR duties
  • Lead recruitment, and training for FOH staff team

About you:

  • Proven experience in a similar management role
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Exposure to both retail and delivery operations
  • Confident with rota management, payroll systems and admin tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive leadership style
  • A passion for quality food, coffee, and great customer service
