We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to lead the team at a buzzing site in London. With 60 covers inside and a further 60 outside, this venue thrives on exceptional service, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on operator with a strong background in quality-led restaurants and a proven ability to lead teams with clarity, calm, and purpose.

The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven General Manager who puts people first both guests and team alike. Youll be the face of the restaurant, responsible for all front-of-house operations, training and development, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding guest experience
Be a visible, energetic presence on the floor, leading by example
Drive team training, development, and performance management
Oversee all operational aspects including stock management, rotas, and reporting
Maintain high team morale and resolve challenges with professionalism and composure
Collaborate with the wider management team to ensure consistency and efficiency

Requirements:

Previous experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in a quality, high-volume restaurant
Strong people management and leadership skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Comfortable with back-office responsibilities and reporting
A calm, confident presence with a passion for delivering exceptional service
