About the Role of General Manager

Youll take the lead on day-to-day operationsguiding the team, ensuring seamless service, and creating memorable experiences that keep every guest smiling.

Commercially savvy and people-focused, youll keep performance on point while motivating, supporting, and inspiring your team to do their best work.

With a design-led approach, each of our cafés has been thoughtfully created to be more than just a place to eat and drink. Deeply embedded in the local community, they are inviting, characterful spaces that have become meeting points for residents, workers and visitors alike.

Since opening our first café in 2013, weve grown organically to four thriving locations in Crouch End, Notting Hill, Highbury and Muswell Hill.

General Manager Requirements:

  • Focused on delivering incredible customer service, conveying warm & friendly hospitality.
  • Able to build, support, recruit and develop a strong Front of House team.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Able to present our menu and our business philosophy with customers & colleagues.
  • Control of stock ordering and wastage control.
