General Manager Duties, Flagship Location:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless functionality across all aspects of the venue.
  • Work collaboratively with central teams (operations, marketing and finance).
  • Manage relationships with all of the independent traders, ensuring compliance with all rules, regulations, and health & safety requirements.
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency and problem-solve effectively to enhance performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers and staff on the ground.
  • Act as the DPS for the venue.
  • Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and build a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure customer service standards are consistently delivered at the highest level.
  • Manage the site's P&L, develop and control the sites budget.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to drive revenue and optimise costs, working closely with operations and Marketing.
  • Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and health & safety requirements.
  • Proactively manage risk within the venue at all times.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics, reporting weekly and monthly to senior leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve operations, customer experience, and profitability.

Suitable Candidates:
  • Over three years of proven experience in an operations or general management role within hospitality, leisure, or multi-tenant market environments.
  • Must hold a personal license.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, including traders, suppliers, and local authorities.
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about hospitality, customer experience, and creating vibrant spaces for communities
