About the Role

As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the operational and commercial success of the venue. Youll lead a talented team across operations, sales, and guest services ensuring every event runs smoothly, clients are thrilled, and business targets are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team across operations, sales, and events delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive bookings and maximise revenue.
  • Manage client relationships, from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up. Ensuring exceptional experiences.
  • Monitor budgets, cost control, and P&L performance, reporting directly to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing laws, and other regulatory standards.
  • Maintain the venue to a premium standard in terms of presentation, cleanliness, and functionality.
