Location:Soho, London, Vibrant Restaurant.
We are looking for an experienced and hands-onGeneral Managerto lead our busy Soho restaurant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and loves being at the heart of a buzzing London service.
As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, leading your team from the front to deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. You will be commercially aware, confident in managing budgets, P&L, and stock, and passionate about driving both sales and standards.
Were looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a General Manager or senior AGM in a high-volume, quality restaurant
- Leads with energy, warmth, and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Is confident managing P&L, labour, and cost controls
- Builds positive, motivated teams and a culture of accountability
- Enjoys working closely with the kitchen, bar, and senior team to keep standards consistently high
