General Manager

Angelina is a small but mighty restaurant in the heart of Dalston, known for our playful mix of Italian and Japanese influences, genuine hospitality, and good vibes from open to close. Were looking for a General Manager to lead our little family someone whos hands-on, loves what they do, and brings a sense of care to every service.

Youll be running the day-to-day at Angelina: leading a friendly front-of-house team, keeping service smooth, managing bookings and suppliers, and working closely with the kitchen to make sure every guest leaves happy. Were after someone who takes pride in the details but keeps things relaxed and human.

• Lead, support, and look after the FOH team

• Keep service standards high and the atmosphere welcoming

• Manage rotas, stock, suppliers, and daily finances

• Work closely with the Head Chef and owners to keep things running smoothly

• Experience as a GM or senior manager in a quality, people-focused restaurant

• A calm, positive leader who can bring the best out of a team

• Organised, proactive, and good under pressure

• A genuine love for food, wine, and hospitality

• Wine knowledge or sommelier experience is a big plus
