About the Role

As General Manager, youll take full ownership of your venue driving sales, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and leading a passionate team in one of the most energetic and welcoming environments in the industry.

Youll be responsible for:

Inspiring, motivating, and developing your team to deliver brilliant service every day
Driving growth and profitability through exceptional standards and smart business decisions

Overseeing all operational areas, from stock control to compliance
