Were a lively, modern British restaurant in South West London with a strong local following, known for our warm service, exceptional produce, and vibrant dining atmosphere. Were now looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the front-of-house team and help take the business to the next level.
The RoleAs General Manager, youll be responsible for all aspects of daily operations, from managing service and driving performance to developing a motivated, guest-focused team.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee all front-of-house operations and lead by example on the floor
Inspire, train, and support a passionate team to deliver consistently excellent service
Maintain strong collaboration with the Head Chef to ensure quality and consistency
Manage budgets, P&L, labour costs, and financial targets effectively
Build positive relationships within the local community to strengthen the brand
Uphold compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Youll be an experienced, hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced yet quality-driven environment.
Youll bring:
Proven experience as a General Manager within a premium brasserie or restaurant setting
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
