Your key responsibilitiesLead, inspire, and manage a front of house and kitchen team of 30+ people
Recruit, develop, and mentor future leaders
Oversee stock control, procurement & cost management
Maintain exceptional guest service with a strong focus on sustainability and seasonality
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and action improvements
Ensure the venue remains safe, clean, and welcoming always
