General Manager Premium Indian Dining Concept

1. Role Overview & Key Details

As the General Manager for this premium dining concept, you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence, driving business success, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires a leader with a passion for the culinary arts and a talent for creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

2. Key Responsibilities ??Operational & Leadership Management
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas.

  • Hire, train, and manage staff, including conducting performance appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions.

  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality and customer service.

  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

  • Address customer feedback with professionalism and care.

Financial & Business Development
  • Manage the restaurants budget, including forecasting, monitoring, and reducing expenses while maintaining high-quality service.

  • Develop and implement business strategies aimed at promoting the restaurants growth.

  • Analyse and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.

  • Organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.

  • Drive the restaurant's marketing and advertising initiatives.

External Relations & Reporting
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners.

  • Represent the restaurant in community and industry events.

  • Prepare reports on staff performance, customer satisfaction, financial targets, and other key metrics.
