You would be only our third GM since we opened 15 years ago.
This is a rare opportunity to make your mark in a well known and respected east London restaurant.
We use only the best suppliers - Swaledale, Fin and Flounder, Natoora and Cave de Pyrene etc.
You will be involved in every aspect of running the business from writing wine lists and menus to analysing P&Ls.
But it is first and foremost a FOH position and you will need to be hands on both in the dining room and behind the bar.
We are an independent business and you will report directly to the owner.
