We are seeking a confident and experienced General Manager to lead a vibrant, modern British gastropub in the heart of Wanstead. This is an exciting new opening, offering a General Manager the rare chance to build something special from the ground up — a proper community pub with a buzzing atmosphere, high-volume food and drink, and a strong local following.

What does it take to succeed as a General Manager here?

You'll need to be more than just operationally solid. We want a General Manager with vision, energy, and drive — someone who leads from the front, keeps standards high, and knows how to build a team that shares their passion. You should be confident managing large teams, handling P&L and stock control, and making smart decisions that increase both revenue and reputation.
