Are you an experienced people manager with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a regulated or clinical environment? This growing organisation is seeking a proactive and hands-on Team Manager to lead their busy Results team.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for overseeing a team that manages critical workflow processes and delivers high-quality service to clients and candidates. Reporting to senior management, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on operational efficiency, team performance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of the Results team, ensuring efficient service delivery and quality standards.

  • Provide direction, coaching, and performance management for team members of varying experience levels.

  • Maintain robust systems and processes, including document workflows and medical portals.

  • Handle escalated complaints and non-conformities with professionalism and urgency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and commercial teams to ensure seamless service.

  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members.

  • Drive a culture of professionalism, customer excellence, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience managing teams in a customer-focused or clinical/occupational health setting.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, appraisals, and performance management.
