District Heating Engineer
Location: Southwark
Salary: 39,000-52,000 (DOE + performance-based earnings)

Overview
We are looking for a skilled District Heating Engineer to join our growing team, working on communal heating and hot water systems across the Southwark area. This is a mobile position with all sites located close together, ensuring minimal travel between jobs.
You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing system faults, and completing replacements and remedial works across residential properties.
What You'll Be Doing
* Replacing radiators
* Installing and replacing radiator valves
* Diagnosing heating and hot water faults
* Installing hot water cylinders and unvented cylinders (G3 training can be provided)
* Replacing 2-port and 3-port zone valves
* Cleaning strainers and system components
* General maintenance on district and communal heating systems
Pay Structure
* Basic salary: 39,000-52,000 (experience and productivity dependent)
* Day rates: 155-200 per day
* Overtime paid at 30 per extra job
* Participation in a 7-day call-out rota (Thursday-Friday), with strong call-out payments
