The Role – 1:1 Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a pupil in either Key Stage 1 or 2 who has special educational needs, such as ASD or SEMH. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to implement personalised strategies that support the child’s learning, behaviour, and social development. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will be nurturing, adaptable, and committed to making a positive impact in a child’s school experience.
