About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated English graduates to support pupils across KS3-KS5, helping to raise attainment and promote a love of literacy. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers, support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, and make a real difference in the classroom.


Key Responsibilities:
Support teaching and learning across English and literacy-based subjects
Assist students with varying abilities, including those with SEN or EAL needs
Deliver focused interventions to boost reading, writing, and comprehension
Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support student progress


Ideal Candidate:
A recent English graduate (2:1 or above preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A genuine interest in education and working with young people
Reliable, proactive, and adaptable
Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
