Reeson Education is seeking experienced and reliable EYFS Teaching Assistants for daily supply roles across Enfield. This is ideal for an EYFS Teaching Assistant who enjoys working with early years pupils but prefers flexibility over long-term commitments.
Primary schools in Edmonton, Palmers Green, Enfield Town and Southgate regularly request EYFS Teaching Assistants to support communication, play-based learning, phonics groups and early number work. As a supply EYFS Teaching Assistant, you'll support EYFS teams and help keep routines consistent for young learners.

Qualification: Level 2/3 in childcare advantageous
Responsibilities of an EYFS Teaching Assistant
Supporting children aged 3-5 in their daily EYFS routines
Helping with phonics, early reading and communication skills
Encouraging independence, exploration and positive behaviour
Supporting small groups and 1:1 when needed
Maintaining a safe, nurturing and engaging EYFS environment
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant or nursery worker
Understanding of EYFS child development
Warm, patient and flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new settings
