About the Role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Foundation Studies Lecturer to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis (3 days per week).

You will teach across a range of Foundation programmes, with a particular focus on Access to Further Education (FE), supporting learners to develop confidence, independence, and employability skills. You will hold a degree in a relevant subject area, or a minimum Level 3 qualification combined with substantial teaching experience in Foundation Learning. Experience of teaching Functional Skills and supporting learners with diverse educational needs is essential, along with a sound understanding of effective teaching, learning, and assessment strategies.

A Level 5 teaching qualification (or equivalent recognised in the FE sector) would be advantageous. You will be an approachable, creative educator with a genuine passion for helping learners succeed and progress.

Key Responsibilities
