Graduate Teaching Assistant

Salary: 85 - 105 per day (depending on experience)

• Work in a vibrant and diverse Lambeth primary school just minutes from Oval Station

• Gain first-hand experience supporting EYFS, KS1, or KS2 learners

• Receive ongoing training and mentorship from experienced staff

• Develop key skills in behaviour management, planning support, and intervention delivery

• Excellent pathway into teacher training or educational psychology

• Assist with the delivery of engaging lessons under teacher guidance

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across the curriculum

• Support learners with additional needs, helping to ensure inclusion and progress

• Help prepare learning resources and maintain a positive classroom environment

• Act as a reliable and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant throughout the school day

• A degree in Education, Psychology, Childhood Studies or a related field

• Experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, youth work, mentoring)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A calm, proactive, and patient approach to learning support

• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
