Graduate Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils 1:1 and in groups
Assist teachers with learning activities
Help manage classroom routines and behaviour
Support children with additional needs
Promote a safe and inclusive environment
Candidate Requirements:
Degree (2:2 or above) in a relevant subject
Some experience with children (school, tutoring, mentoring)
Proactive, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
