The Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant supporting students with their academic, social and emotional development
- Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to pupils and support those with Special Educational Needs
- Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and learning resources
- Ensure student welfare and safeguarding is maintained
- Support class teachers and other staff members with behaviour management
- Opportunities to get involved with extracurricular activities including afterschool clubs and school trips
