Hours: 8:15am - 3:45pm, Monday to Friday

SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a range of welcoming primary schools in Ealing to recruit Graduate Teaching Assistants for September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain hands-on classroom experience before progressing into teacher training.

Whether you are considering a PGCE, School Direct, or another teacher training course, this role will give you valuable experience in supporting pupils' learning and development within a supportive school environment.



The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)

  • Provide whole-class support, small group interventions, and 1:1 assistance for pupils who require additional help

  • Gain valuable experience in Special Educational Needs support

  • Work closely with experienced teachers and school staff to enhance pupils' progress and wellbeing



We are looking for graduates who:

  • Are passionate about working with children and education

  • Want to gain classroom experience before applying for teacher training

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Are patient, adaptable, and nurturing

  • Can work well in a team and show initiative

  • Have experience or a strong interest in SEND support
