Reeson Education is recruiting an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to work across friendly and inclusive primary schools in Waltham Forest. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate who is passionate about education and looking to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting children with special educational needs.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them access learning, build confidence, and develop key social and communication skills. Many Graduate Teaching Assistant roles will involve working with children with autism (ASD), ADHD, and social, emotional, and behavioural needs, making this ideal for graduates with an interest in psychology, education, or child development.
Graduate Teaching Assistant - Role Details:
Daily rate: 82.14 - 100 depending on experience
Full-time or flexible working available
Immediate start in schools across Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford
Work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 supporting pupils with SEN
Ideal Candidate for the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:
Graduate with a degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related subject
A patient, caring, and proactive Graduate Teaching Assistant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with children (paid or voluntary) is desirable
