Reeson Education is seeking enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to join friendly and supportive primary schools across Enfield. This role is an excellent stepping stone for graduates aspiring to become teachers, SEN specialists, or educational psychologists.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them engage in lessons, build confidence, and reach their potential. You'll work alongside class teachers and SEN staff to deliver targeted support to children with additional needs.

What We're Looking For in a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
A degree in Psychology, Education, English, or a related subject
A positive, engaging, and patient approach
Passion for working with children, particularly those with SEN
A team player who can communicate effectively with staff and pupils
