Graduate Teaching Assistant

Reeson Education is seeking proactive Graduate Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Enfield on a flexible, daily supply basis. This role is perfect for a Graduate Teaching Assistant interested in SEN, child development or teaching, and keen to gain practical classroom experience.

Schools across Edmonton, Enfield Town, Southgate, Winchmore Hill and Palmers Green request Graduate Teaching Assistants regularly to support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, speech & language difficulties and general learning delays. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant on supply, you will benefit from working in a range of classroom environments while supporting pupils who need targeted guidance.

• Rate: 82.14-100 per day

• Start: Immediate

• Contract: Daily supply, term-time only

• Location: Primary schools across Enfield

• Working Pattern: Fully flexible

• Support SEN pupils 1:1 and in small groups

• Assist teachers with learning activities, behaviour management and daily routines

• Encourage engagement, confidence and emotional regulation

• Adapt quickly to different school settings

• Build valuable SEN and classroom experience

• Degree preferred (Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies or related field)

• A genuine interest in SEN and supporting vulnerable pupils

• Resilience, patience and strong communication skills

• Experience with children is beneficial but not essential

• Flexibility to accept short-notice bookings across Enfield
