A high-performing secondary school in North London with a mixed sixth form is seeking to appoint a passionate and ambitious Head of Business and Economics to lead a thriving department with excellent exam outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-regarded school that is on a journey to Outstanding. From September 2025, the school will transition to a co-educational intake in Year 7 and join a local Catholic academy trust.
The Role:

Lead, manage and develop the Business and Economics department

Teach across KS4 and KS5 with a focus on academic excellence

Contribute to strategic planning and the continuous improvement of teaching and learning

Support staff development within the department
