Salary: 90 - 105 per day (dependent on experience)

KS1 Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to the teacher and pupils in Key Stage 1
Work 1:1 with children who need additional learning or emotional support
Lead small group phonics, reading, and numeracy activities
Assist in preparing teaching resources and maintaining a positive classroom environment
Support pupils with SEN and EAL needs under guidance of the SENCO
What we're looking for in a KS1 Teaching Assistant:
A patient, caring, and proactive approach to working with young children
Previous experience working in a primary school or with children (desired)
A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related subject is beneficial
A DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply
Enthusiasm to learn, adapt, and contribute to the school community
