Enthusiastic Psychology Teacher Wanted in Westminster! Supportive Secondary School
Location: Westminster Role: Psychology Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Psychology lessons at Key Stage 4 and potentially A-Level.
- Inspire students to develop a strong understanding of psychological concepts, theories, and research methods.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Psychology curriculum.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Psychology.
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and discussion of psychological principles within a supportive framework.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Psychology at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
- Strong subject knowledge of core psychological concepts, research methods, and ethical considerations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make psychology engaging and accessible within a supportive framework.
