A secondary school in Greenwich is seeking an enthusiastic Psychology Teacher to join their vibrant humanities and social sciences faculty this September. This role begins on a temporary basis with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Psychology across KS4 and KS5
Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that encourage critical thinking and curiosity
Inspire students to explore Psychology topics
Monitor student progress
Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborate with colleagues to enrich departmental resources and teaching strategies
Desired Experience & Skills:
Knowledge or experience of IB Psychology is highly desirable
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Degree in Psychology or a closely related field
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for psychology and social sciences
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Commitment to student success and wellbeing
