Essential Criteria:
Proven experience in supporting primary-aged children with needs relating to social, emotional, or mental health.
A calm, resilient, and proactive disposition when addressing challenging behaviours or emotional distress.
Familiarity with successful support methodologies for SEMH, such as emotional literacy, de-escalation, or trauma-informed practice.
Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for professional liaison within the school setting.
