Pay: 90-110 per day (dependent on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming, supportive primary school in the heart of Lambeth who are seeking a dedicated SEND LSA to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LSA or a graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education and SEND support.
Role Overview:
Providing 1:1 support to pupils with EHCPs, including those with autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or other learning needs.
Supporting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities and ensuring inclusive classroom participation.
Working closely with the school SENCO, external specialists, and parents/carers.
Promoting social, emotional, and academic development in a nurturing environment.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEND (either in a school, nursery, or care setting).
A calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting pupils.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Right to work in the UK.
Ideal for:

Psychology, Education, or Child Development graduates.
